Livermore Elementary Fundraiser

Join us on August 24th!

The Livermore Parent Teacher Organization is excited to announce our 2024 fundraiser coming up on Saturday, August 24th.  It will consist of a 15 station sporting clay course and BBQ lunch at Great Guns Sporting in Nunn, CO.   All proceeds directly benefit the Livermore Elementary students with Eco-week, field trips, classroom activities, STEM supplies, school events and more.  Thank you for supporting Livermore Elementary School!  

Event Information -

The fundraiser begins at 8am on August 24th with registration (teams receive scorecards and participants sign waivers).
Clay shooting will begin at 9am.
The Smokin Bros BBQ food truck will be available starting at 11am
*Adults (18+) can participate, minors may participate that hold a current Hunters Safety Card and are on a team with a parent who will supervise them at all times.
No childcare will be available at this event.

What it includes- 15 station sporting clays and BBQ lunch/beverage
Cost for a team of 4 - $500
Registering individually? No problem, we will place you in a team. Cost for individuals - $150.

Interested in sponsoring one of the clay stations? Cost is $600 which includes a team of 4 and signage at one of the 15 clay stations.

We anticipate this event selling out so register soon to reserve a spot!

What to bring-

- Ear and eye protection (ear plugs are available if needed at no cost at the event)
- A minimum of 1 shotgun is needed per team of 4.
- Each participant will need 4 boxes (100 rounds) of ammo. Participants can bring their own or ammo is available for purchase at Great Guns Sporting.
